Two weapons and upgrade packs for Resident Evil Revelations,previously offered as pre-order bonuses, are now available for purchase on PSN, Xbox LIVE, Wii U eShop, and Steam for $1.99 each. 

Resistance Set - There are 6 weapons and 28 parts in all. Parts include Giant Rabbit’s Foot 3, Green Belt 3, Poisonous Lure 3, Hunting Gear 3, Dehumanizer 3, and more.

Enhancement Set - There are 6 weapons and 27 parts in all. Parts include Long Magazine 10, Fire Rate 4, Damage 5, Piercing 2, Aura of Strength 3, and more.

Revelations Pouch & Codes Giveaway! (Tokyo)

Capcom is allowing PS3 users to experience Resident Evil: Revelations HD first hand at a special event to be held in Tokyo on the 11th and 12th of May.

Those that arrive early at the event will receive a limited edition BSAA “Survival” pouch and special codes to unlock 3 weapons in the PS3 version of the game - Pale Rider, Muramasa and Drake - that they can later redeem at RESIDENT EVIL.NET

Resident Evil: Revelations confirmed for Home Consoles and PC!

Official Press Release: Capcom, a leading worldwide developer and publisher of video games, today confirmed that Resident Evil® Revelations will release at retail for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft®, PlayStation®3 computer entertainment system, and Nintendo’s Wii U™ system across North America on May 21 and Europe on May 24, 2013.

The title will also be available to download digitally on PS3™ and Windows®PC for $49.99 on May 21, with digital versions for Xbox 360 and Wii U system to follow.

The home consoles versions will include new exclusive content such as an additional enemy, a new difficulty mode, plus new weapons and characters for the game’s co-operative Raid Mode, including all time favorite HUNK!

Resident Evil: Revelations coming to PS3 and 360? (Rumor)

A user at NeoGaf noticed that the Korean Game Rating committee rated Resident Evil: Revelations and will soon come out for both the 360 and the PS3 game consoles.

When reached to confirm or deny it, Capcom has said that it won’t make any statements based on rumors. The fact that they didn’t deny the rumor (which they could’ve easily done if it was), is quite telling.

UPDATE (January 27th, 2013): Resident Evil: Revelations has been officially confirmed for home consoles and PC. It will go on sale on May 21 in the U.S., and May 24 in Europe.

Celebrate the original Resident Evil 1 with Revelations!

March 22 was the 16th anniversary of the original game, Resident Evil 1 for the Playstation 1. It's not quite old enough to vote (but surely old enough to drink, in some countries).

What a better way to celebrate than playing Resident Evil: Revelations. A game that includes the original team, Chris Redfield and Jill Valentine in a brand new survival-horror adventure.
